The location was excellent, close to everything and near a lot of attractions in the city center. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

This hotel is conveniently located near the historic center, making it an ideal choice for those who want to explore the city's famous attractions. It is directly near to the city center and in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast, although in need of improvement, is compensated by additional complimentary dishes like Omlates. the hotel offers facilities such as free tea and coffee, room service, and good speed wifi.
There was a fault with the TV cable during our stay, which was not repaired promptly due to it being the weekend.
